Average U.S. household spends more on federal regulations than for health

COST OF RULING: Average U.S. household spends more on federal regulations than for health care, food or transportation.

Crews estimates the annual cost of compliance with the record number of new federal rules and regulations issued under President Obama at $1.863 trillion.
That works out to a $14,974 “hidden tax” every year for the average U.S. household. That’s 23 percent of the $65,596 annual average household income in America.

Related: U.S. Regulatory Costs Are World’s No. 10 Economy. “After years of rapid growth during the Obama administration, the cost of federal regulations is now bigger than the entire economies of all but nine countries in the world.” And many people fatten off those costs as they eat up the nation’s substance.

“If you have insurance that you like,

“If you have insurance that you like, then you will be able to keep that insurance. If you’ve got a doctor that you like, you will be able to keep your doctor.” Barack Obama

If we lie to the government, it’s a felony. If the government lies to us, it’s politics as usual.

“If you like your life, you can keep it” What do you think?

Best slogan for the 2016 Republican election campaign :  “If you like your life, you can keep it”   What do you think?

Earl Pitts nails the problem with the Democrat’s phony war on women.  If women only are paid 70% of men, they will make it up with child support payments.  He forgot, however, that the other 30% also is compensated by women demanding  paid maternity leave which further diminishes their time and talent on a job.  What do you think?

HERE COMES THE ‘DEATH PANEL’!

HERE COMES THE ‘DEATH PANEL’!

An excellent test of whether or not someone does or does not grasp the core Hayekian wisdom is supplied by his or her response to this passage found in yesterday’s New York Times:

“We understand that we doctors should be and are stewards of the larger society as well as of the patient in our examination room,” said Dr. Lowell E. Schnipper, the chairman of a task force on value in cancer care at the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

In practical terms, new guidelines being developed by the medical groups could result in doctors choosing one drug over another for cost reasons or even deciding that a particular treatment — at the end of life, for example — is too expensive.

People who truly understand the complexity of reality respond by shaking their heads in disbelief.  They are aghast that anyone thinks that an individual doctor could possess enough knowledge to know how to make all the appropriate tradeoffs implied in Dr. Schnipper’s proclamation.  They are aghast, too, that anyone supposes that an individual doctor could also possess enough concern for countless faceless strangers to be inspired to reliably make these tradeoffs.

Other people – those who either believe in the miraculous powers of good intentions or who do not understand just how enormously complex our society is – respond with warm glows, applauding humanitarians such as Dr. Schnipper for their ‘social consciousness’ or their intelligent, “Progressive” values.

So here’s a question: why would someone object (often in high moral dudgeon) to the allocation of scarce health-care services by prices and market competition but, at the same time, believe it acceptable for scarce health-care services to be allocated by the decisions of individual doctors, each of whom has some image in his or her head of how health-care resources ‘should’ be allocated?  The latter method of allocation is far more arbitrary than the first.  And – if for no reason other than that the fact that throttling market forces leads to the production of fewer and lower-quality health-care services –  the latter method is also more likely than is the first to deny many deserving patients appropriate amounts of health care.

More from the other side of truth.

More from the other side of truth.

International capitalism is the insatiate Moloch into whose bloody jaws are thrown millions of fresh human sacrifices. Only socialism can save the people from this bloody chaos...

Only the worldwide proletarian revolution can establish order... Highest idealism in the peoples’ interest, strictest self-discipline, true civic spirit of the masses - these constitute the moral basis of a socialist society...

In this class struggle for the highest aims of humanity, our motto toward the enemy is: “Hand on throat and knee on the breast.!”

Does any of this communist/socialist claptrap sound familiar?

The dirty, little secret is that communism always preaches class warfare and peace is impossible

Referring the Word War I, socialists and communists had these comments.

In times of crisis, illegal forms of organization and propaganda are imperative.

The theory of impoverishment has been buried with contemptuous jeers of the eunuchs of bourgeois professordom and the mandarins of socialist opportunism.

Criminalists are responsible for the war and standing behind them are professors, members of parliament, journalists, social patriots and other political pimps of the bourgeoisie.

Small people ( proletariat) can be assured of a free existence ONLY by their proletariat revolution, which will liberate the productive forces from the constraint of the national sate, unite the peoples in closest economic collaboration on the basis of a common economic plan, and afford even the weakest the opportunity to conduct their national, cultural affairs freely and independently, without the detriment of the unified world economy.

Do these comments make any sense?  Of course, not, but socialists, communists and Utopian social justice reformers propagandize proletarian revolution, equality, anti-Capitalism and anti-imperialism with a few, repeated words and phrases.  No content. Only contradiction. Always ending with unite, unite proletarians for peace!

The dirty, little secret is that communism always preaches class warfare and peace is impossible  under their concentrated power.

SACRIFICE FOR THE COLLECTIVE AND EVERYONE BECOMES A VICTIM.

THE ‘LEFT’S’ GOAL:
SACRIFICE FOR THE COLLECTIVE AND EVERYONE BECOMES A VICTIM.

RICHARD FERNANDEZ: No Country For Young Men. “The Western Left’s biggest lie is that it represents a movement of the young, but it really represents the very old. Their very concerns are geriatric: Marxism, trash recycling, health and safety, public transportation and gossip.”

“Just $1,000 to Prop 8 now his legacy”
 Intolerable Views or Just Intolerance?

An Internet firestorm forced a prominent Silicon Valley chief executive to step down Thursday. We report that Brendan Eich resigned from Mozilla, the organization behind the Firefox web browser, after critics attacked a six-year-old $1,000 donation he made in support of the 2008 California ballot initiative to ban gay marriage, Proposition 8. The record of the donation surfaced on the Internet not long after Mr. Eich, who invented JavaScript and helped start Mozilla, was appointed CEO late last month. "While I disagree with his beliefs @BrendanEich gave us JavaScript and helped build Mozilla & Netscape. Just $1,000 to Prop 8 now his legacy," noted one Twitter observer. In other Silicon Valley news, a brand-new HBO comedy from Mike Judge shows how techies on screen are America's new rags-to-riches fantasy figures.

How debased has our culture become?

How debased has our culture become? A boy or girl migrates from childhood  to slut or stud, no stopping along the way for a decent interval of learned moral behavior. Our youth liken to S/S troops in America.  Sluts or studs, lost youth, lost innocence - goodness is lost just like proper prior parenting with religious undertones.
How does the liberal left continue to win the culture and the vote?  Why can’t decent Americans win the battle against depravity and insanity?  The enemy lies, cheats, steals and bribes - for votes and subsequent dependency. For moral depravity.
Any ideas other than prayer for combating our downfall?

WHO NEEDS COMMON PEOPLE!

WHO NEEDS COMMON PEOPLE!
Congresswoman attends fundraisers and partisan events where only her supporters can attend, she continues to turn a blind eye to the rest of her constituents. That’s wrong. It has been over 400 days since Congresswoman ****** assumed office.
BEST RESPONSE:
“The people don't pay Rep. Kuster's campaign expenses. Why should they expect any of her precious time and attention? Ms. Kuster is rightfully taking a stand against whiny middle class losers who distract her from the special interest people's interests”.

2ND BEST RESPONSE:1
“Politics is the only growth industry in America. Get into office, raise money and move on.”
